Eddie's Cakery Bar is known for bespoke buttercream and white chocolate ganache cakes, crafted with a focus on modern design and exceptional taste. Every cake is made from scratch, free from preservatives, and meticulously finished by hand.
To maintain the quality and style of my work, I do not offer fondant-covered cakes.
While advance notice is always preferred, last-minute orders are welcome subject to availability. Orders placed within 10 days of the required collection or delivery date will incur a £25 last-minute booking fee. This fee reflects the additional planning, scheduling, and preparation required to accommodate short-notice requests.
At this time, I do not cater to specific allergies. My products contain or may come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, eggs, and other allergens. Please notify me of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
Your health and safety are very important to me. I strictly follow sanitary and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Starting prices are listed on the enquiry form and cover a simple cake design. Additional design elements will increase the final price, including but not limited to: multiple colours, fresh fruit, fresh flowers, extensive pearl detailing, fondant decorations, intricate piping work, custom toppers, and other bespoke features.
I do not replicate or copy another artist's work. Inspiration photos are welcome and can be used as a reference point; however, exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. While every effort is made to closely match requested colours, exact colour matching cannot be assured.
For the best results, I encourage clients to provide a theme, colour palette, or mood board and allow me the creative freedom to design a unique cake tailored to their vision.
Delivery
Delivery is available via a trusted third-party courier service. Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance between my location and the delivery address. To receive a delivery quote, please provide the full delivery postcode when submitting your enquiry.
Collection
Customers collecting their order will be allocated a collection time slot. Please ensure you arrive within your scheduled slot, as I work to a carefully planned schedule. Failure to collect within the agreed time may result in additional charges or delays in collection.
Once your cake has been collected and has left my care, responsibility for its safe transportation, storage, and handling transfers to you. I cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs after collection.
